The Maplewood Memorial Library, 129 Boyden Avenue, Maplewood, N.J. 07040 (hereinafter, the “Library”), and the Township of Maplewood, 574 Valley Street, Maplewood, N.J. 07040 (hereinafter, the “Township”), are soliciting sealed bids for the MAPLEWOOD MEMORIAL LIBRARY AUDIOVISUAL SYSTEMS PROJECT (hereinafter, “Project”). 

Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked “MAPLEWOOD MEMORIAL LIBRARY SINGLE PRIME CONTRACT FOR THE AUDIOVISUAL SYSTEMS RFP” and bear the name and address of the proposer on the outside of the envelope to the Township of Maplewood’s Clerk’s Office located at 574 Valley St. Maplewood, NJ 07040 no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, January 6, 2023 at which time all proposals will be opened. An original, two (2) paper copies and one digital copy on a Flash drive must be enclosed in a sealed envelope.
